Blue Radish is a full service sculpture studio specializing in the toy and collectibles industries. We have been creating quality sculpture and models since 1994. Our clients run the gamut from independent designers to international toy and marketing companies. We have established a reputation for not only capturing the likeness and style of characters, but for doing it at a competitive price while meeting demanding deadlines.

2000 saw a new venture for Blue Radish. In early winter we released the first of a line of our own garage kits. For those unfamiliar with garage kits, they are resin statues ready to assemble and paint. We will be producing our first finished collectible statue of Harry Houdini this year. Although we consider ourselves primarily as a sculpture studio, we have a complete in-house model shop for those jobs that cross disciplines. As a member of The Association of Professional Model Makers, we keep up to date on the latest in model making tools and techniques. So when you have jobs that need sculpting and model making, remember that we are more than “just a sculpture studio”.

Of course no studio is complete without a molding and casting department. And we don’t stop with basic silicone cut molds. With a background in industrial prototypes, we are experienced in using many molding techniques and materials including foams and elastomers. These materials might be just what a job needs to give it a special feel or function.
